Standard Ball Valves

		Our boast is perfect sealing through time, even after thousands of opening and closing operations. Used as sealing elements in all areas where frequent opening and closing operations are necessary (they are not suitable for regulating operation, because it may cause sealing gasket deformation), BRV standard ball valves have an exclusive sealing device on the steam with two special gaskets which, even after years of use, ensure easy handling and perfect sealing, due to the fact that they can be adjusted. The complete range of valves of this kind is manufactured in brass for use with water, steam, oils and hydrocarbons, gaseous fluids and generally with all non-aggressive liquids. The linear type construction allows particularly reduced pressure drop values. In extreme working conditions, like sudden thermal shocks, we recommend to use the series with E.P.D.M. Peroxid O-ring sealing system (like gas series) on the operating stem. These types of valves are recommended in solar systems.
		SIGILBLOCK, tamperproof cap for ball valves This patented device allows to lock the valve in open or closed position, according to required working conditions. A special unlocking key is required to remove the lock. The key is offered separately. SIGILBLOCK is an unexpensive and extremely flexible device compared to other locking devices available in the market. It is unexpensive because it is fitted to a standard ball valve, only when the valve needs to be locked in open or closed position. It is flexible, because it fits any BRV valve, both the old and the new ball valve pattern, already in service, as well as in stock. Furthermore it is room saving and once it is fitted, it can be removed thanks to the special key only by authorized personnel.

Sigilblock

SIGILBLOCK is a locking device that allows to lock the valve in open or closed position, providing removal of existing nut and washer (when used).
To remove SIGILBLOCK a special key, offered separately, has to be used.
SIGILBLOCK is suitable both for long lever and for "T-handle". Chrome plated.
Sizes: 1^st size (from DN 10 up to DN 20), 2^nd size (DN 25 and DN 32) and 3^rd size (DN 40 and DN 50)

Special key in hardened steel to be used to remove the tamperproof cap SIGILBLOCK.
