SIGILBLOCK ... your security at the right price.

SIGILBLOCK is a locking device patented by BRV. It is suitable both for long lever ball valves and and for butterfly handle ball valves, it allows to lock the valve in open or closed position, according to the required working conditions.
A special unlocking key, supplied separately, is required in order to remove the lock.
SIGILBLOCK is an unexpensive and extremely flexible device compared to the current locking devices. As a matter of fact, it is unexpensive because it is fitted to a standard ball valve, only when the valve needs to be locked in fully open or closed position. The locking operation is carried out by replacing the handle's nut with the special nut of the locking device. It is flexible, because it fits any BRV valve, both the old and the new ball valve models.
Furthermore it is room saving, and once fitted, it can be removed only by authorized personnel.
The locking device SIGILBLOCK consists of SIGILBLOCK cap and a special nut.

Let's see how to use SIGILBLOCK in order to lock a ball valve:

SigilBlock1 SigilBlock2
Remove the nut and the washer (when used); Screw the special nut and turn the handle in fully open or closed position;
SigilBlock3
Insert the SIGILBLOCK cap up to the click.
Now the handle is locked in fully open or closed position.

Let's see how to remove SIGILBLOCK

SigilBlock4 SigilBlock5
Insert the special key and, by keeping it pressed, pull the SIGILBLOCK cap back up to the click; Take the key off and pull the SIGILBLOCK cap out. Now the ball valve is unblocked.
