(1). Foreword
This web page has been realized in order to be as conform as possible to HTML 3.2 Standard and JavaScript.
It has been tested by Netscape Navigator (ver. 4) and by Microsoft Internet Explorer (vers. 3 and 4), in their default settings. If default settings have been altered the page may not be correctly displayed (i.e. too big or too small characters, wrong format, etc.).
In order to solve these problems modify browser presetting, by referring to user manual.
Best resolution for reference is 1024x768; however resolution 800x600 accepted as weel.
Best color depth is 16 or 24 bit, respectively 65.535 colours and 16.8 millions of colours. If your video card does not have such a colour depth, images will be displayed as well, but with an image quality loss.
Font Arial, installed as system font, is recommended. Without font Arial, your browser will use default font.
If needed, the last Navigator version can be downloaded by visiting Netscape site.
(2). Reference
The page is divided into four sections: Company, Certifications, Products and The Future. Furthermore, two forms are available: Orders and Informations/Mailing List. During web page navigation it will always be able to switch from one to another section, by using links, located in upper part of the screen.
It will be always possible from this place to go back ot main page by clicking BRV logo.
You can send an E-mail to our address by clicking the proper link (it will be explained further on).
Products section is divided into the eight product families that represent BRV production.
It is possible to select the desired family products, by clicking the corresponding link on left part of the page.
After a short introduction, the catalogue of selected family products will be shown.
To receive detailed information, every family is provided with a corresponding link, located at the end of foreword, wich shows the technical data page.
It is also possible to display the technical data of each item, simply by clicking on the article image of the catalogue.
(3). Information
By filling in this information form, you will receive information on BRV products in a very short time.
Your personal and company data wont be spread over or used for advertising campains.
We invite you to fill in fully and precisely the form with your data, to receive our reply.
Please, do not use this symbols: "<", ">", "&", "/", "..".
(4). E-mail
In main page and in upper section of the screen there is a link that allows to send an E-mail to our address. The link uses the electronic browser client that takes shape by your browser.
To bring correct shape to the browser, consult user manual.
Alternatively, if you have an E-mail client (i.e. Eudora), you can use it to send E-mail to our address mentioned in link. Clicking the proper link the E-mail client will be activated, with destination E-mail address already pre-set.
Be sure to enter a message title in the proper field, which may be named "Subject".
We recommend to insert your data (phone, address, etc.) at the end of the message, to re-contact you also without E-mail.
(5). Order form
The order form is in JavaScript language. To work, your browser has to support this script language (the latest browsers are Java compliant). If you receive an error message while you fill in the order form, check your browser settings, by checking that the JavaScript interpreter is activated.
(6). WebCam
In order to implement a connection or a videoconference, you must be provided with a suitable program. On the internet there is plenty of such programs, each with its features.
For easiness and immediateness, we suggest to utilize Microsoft NetMeeting, because it is already integrated in latest releases of Windows.
Some programs available in the market are definitely provided with more sophisticated features, however they require a specific know-how which may create a problem to a less expert end-user.
NOTICE:
Before attending a video conference, we invite you to contact us either by phone or e-mail, because connection data must be communicated reciprocally beforehand amongst connected people.
Transfer rate of a videoconference is always variable, depending upon the capabilities of connected computers as well as upon the load to which the net or the provider are subjected.
During navigation, to go back to previous page, select the proper button on the toolbar, generally left direction arrow.
